Alvys, a leader in the supply chain technology industry, is seeking a talented and ambitious Implementation Manager to lead onboarding across a range of customer segments—from fast-moving SMBs to the most complex enterprises. You’ll be the bridge between our product, customers, and internal teams—owning the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.

You’ll tackle high-impact challenges across the logistics industry, helping customers navigate operational chaos and launch with confidence. Whether it’s streamlining a mid-market operation or deploying a multi-phase enterprise rollout, you’ll play a hands-on role in transforming how freight gets moved.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Product team—surfacing customer needs, edge cases, and workflow patterns that shape our roadmap. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Sales and Success to ensure each customer sees long-term value from day one.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end implementations for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts—from discovery through deployment and post-launch support
  • Build a deep understanding of the Alvys platform and configure it to support a wide range of customer workflows
  • Translate messy, undocumented customer processes into clear, structured configurations and action plans
  • Troubleshoot issues across integrations (EDI, API, accounting, etc.), collaborating with engineering, support, and product
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones across a range of complexity levels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding—guiding customers through change with clarity, empathy, and accountability
  • Provide feedback loops to Product and Engineering to drive usability, feature enhancements, and roadmap alignment
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth
  • Travel as needed for onsite kickoffs, training, and go-lives (especially for larger or strategic customers)
  • Support customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–6 years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, customer onboarding, or technical project management
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English—able to communicate clearly with diverse customer teams across North America and LATAM
  • Strong project management skills—organized, proactive, and comfortable running multiple timelines at once
  • Product-minded—you think in systems and workflows, and you’re quick to pick up new tools
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and can drive progress without a strict playbook
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you speak “tech” and “ops” with equal fluency
  • Experience with SaaS platforms is required; familiarity with logistics, TMS, EDI, or API-based integrations is a strong plus
  • Knowledge and experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
  • Ability to travel across the USA for customer on-site onboardings

What Alvys Offers:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and solutions.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Career growth potential within a rapidly growing company.
