As a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate within the Banking Payments Analytics team, you will support the New Payment Rails (NPR) Product Group, including ACH and Real Time Payments. You will leverage your analytic skills and domain knowledge to make data actionable, facilitating cross-functional learning and collaboration. Your role will involve building payment analytics and delivering insights through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
You will work closely with Payments Product Owners to develop solutions around data mining, reporting, data management, and data transformation. As part of a cross-functional team, you will focus on writing complex queries and creating utilities and applications on large SQL, Snowflake, and AWS database platforms across multiple LOBs.

- Collaborate with Payments Product Owners in the NPR Product Group.
- Promote data and analytics best practices across the Payments organization.
- Translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.
- Work with the LOB and broader D&A organization to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Develop solutions to combine data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python.
- Experience with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, and Cloud databases.
- Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information for audiences of varying expertise.
- Degree in quantitative or related field preferred.
- Functional industry knowledge for banking and payments.
