The Opportunity:
Miris is seeking skilled Backend Engineers to join our dynamic and fully remote engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing a website backend in Go, web application security, and network architecture. You will play a crucial role in supporting customers who use Miris to deliver 3D content for linear storytelling on various AR/VR devices.

What You'll Do:
- Design backend services and the API layer for a multi-tenant streaming service
- Implement full customer-facing and enterprise-facing web server backend operating at scale
- Web app architecture and security
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing codebases to improve global performance, scale, reliability, and maintainability
What You'l Bring:
- 7+ years minimum experience with backend services and API development
- Experience building high-traffic web services in Go
- Knowledge and understanding of distributed, highly available, and scalable cloud-based systems
- Knowledge and understanding of architecture and patterns for complex web services
- Experience designing and implementing RESTish APIs
- Experience working with containers and CDNs
