Ibotta is seeking a B2B Website Optimization Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role is pivotal in transforming the Ibotta website into a high-converting engine that drives growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and self-serve sign-up flows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and a proven track record of building, testing, and optimizing high-impact web experiences that generate and nurture high-quality leads.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Build and optimize campaign-specific landing pages and self-serve sign-up flows to support multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Design and execute continuous A/B tests on website copy, layouts, and CTAs to increase overall conversion rates and move prospects through the funnel.
Manage conversational marketing tools (e.g., Drift or Intercom) and chat routing logic to capture and qualify high-intent website visitors in real-time.
Maintain the technical SEO health and speed of the website to ensure high search visibility, mobile responsiveness, and a premium user experience.
Lead the strategy and execution of the website to serve as a high-converting engine for ABM, utilizing web personalization tools to deliver tailored content for target accounts.
Oversee the marketing technology stack (e.g., CMS, Google Analytics, heatmapping tools) to ensure data integrity and seamless integration with HubSpot and Salesforce.
Build and maintain performance dashboards, providing actionable insights on how web behavior and conversion experiments correlate with pipeline growth.
Partner with internal teams and the B2B Lifecycle team to ensure web experiences align with email and paid media nurture tracks.

What we are looking for:
3-5 years of experience in B2B website management, digital marketing, or web operations with a heavy focus on CRO.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS management (e.g., HubSpot CMS, Contenful), Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a track record of improving site conversion rates.
Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive website strategy and technical improvements.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage technical web projects and developer workflows
Hands-on experience with front-end development and modern web frameworks, including HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to streamline the hand-off between design and development.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $80,000 - $90,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
