About Anyscale

At Anyscale, we're on a mission to democratize distributed computing and make it accessible to software developers of all skill levels. We’re commercializing Ray, a popular open-source project that's creating an ecosystem of libraries for scalable machine learning. Companies like OpenAI, Uber, Spotify, Instacart, Cruise, and many more, have Ray in their tech stacks to accelerate the progress of AI applications out into the real world.

With Anyscale, we’re building the best place to run Ray, so that any developer or data scientist can scale an ML application from their laptop to the cluster without needing to be a distributed systems expert.

Proud to be backed by Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, and Addition with $250+ million raised to date.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced alliance leader to grow Anyscale’s AWS business and maintain and advance our Neo Cloud partnerships, including CoreWeave, Nebius, and Crusoe. Reporting to the Head of Alliances, you’ll work closely with our Head of Sales, regional sales leaders, AEs, and Marketing to generate joint pipeline, expand opportunities, accelerate purchasing, and increase AWS Marketplace transactions. You will set the strategy and do the work yourself, from account mapping and deal support to agreement administration and partner follow through.

You’ll also own our AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement, building executive sponsorship and coordinating commitments, milestones, and benefits across both organizations. Post acquisition and integration with Nscale, our commitment to open source Ray and Neo Cloud Kubernetes environment remains the same. You'll translate that direction into partner plans, clear expectations, and coordinated support for customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with regional sales leaders, AEs, and Marketing to build qualified AWS and Neo Cloud pipeline and help sellers expand opportunities, accelerate deal progression, and close business

  • Grow AWS Marketplace transactions by identifying suitable opportunities early and coordinating private offers, commercial requirements, and purchasing steps

  • Build partner engagement into regional sales cadences, ensuring eligible opportunities are registered and maintained in AWS ACE with clear owners and next steps

  • Own AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement end to end: track obligations, milestones, benefit requirements, reporting, and escalate obstacles so we capture its full value

  • Lead executive engagement across AWS and Neo Cloud partners by preparing sponsors, aligning priorities, running business reviews, and driving follow-through

  • Own the AWS joint business plan, partner programs, and strategic initiatives, measuring pipeline, revenue, Marketplace adoption, and value delivered to the field

  • Work with Leadership, Product, Engineering, and Support on Neo Cloud joining opportunities and commitments

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years experience in alliances, partnerships, or a related role at an enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, data or AI company

  • A positive track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and customer wins through AWS

  • Experience working directly with regional sales leaders, quota-carrying AEs, and Marketing

  • Hands on experience with AWS Marketplace transactions and managing opportunities through AWS ACE

  • Experience administering strategic cloud agreements and realizing their benefits

  • The ability to build executive sponsorship and manage sensitive partner relationships through organizational change or shifting competitive dynamics

  • Experience establishing practical processes, operating cadences, metrics, and cross-functional accountability

  • Technical fluency in cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes, with the ability to learn Ray and Anyscale

You don’t need to have worked with Ray before. We welcome candidates with transferable experience who are excited to learn AI infrastructure and distributed computing.

Why Anyscale?

  • Recent partnerships with Azure, CoreWeave, and Google Cloud are putting AI-native compute directly into enterprise environments

  • Competitive salary and equity, plus health/dental/vision coverage (many plans up to 99% employer-covered)

  • Flexible time off, in-office commuting stipend, daily in-office lunches, paid parental leave, and mental health support

  • Direct ownership of strategic cloud relationships, with access to Anyscale’s leadership and technical teams

  • The opportunity to connect open-source adoption, AI infrastructure innovation, and enterprise customer growth
