Lead Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Hands-on DevOps lead to oversee our team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Ansible, and Terraform. In addition, they should have experience in application architecture, EKS, . Having knowledge on CDN like cloudflare or cloudfront is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, automation and maintenance of highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for deployment and infrastructure management
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment, and automation processes
- Monitor and optimize the performance and cost of cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud infrastructure, including IAM policies, encryption, network security, and compliance requirements
- Configure and maintain CDN services for optimized content delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure design and management
- Experience in application architecture, EKS, Security, and CDN
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, and CloudFormation
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and Terraform
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified Security - Specialty are a plus.
