Manage key client relationships, oversee analytics and AI engagements, and guide cross functional teams. Interact regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical problems, structure and communicate solutions and ensure client satisfaction with strong business driving results. Serve as primary day-to-day client contact point and often interact with C-level executives. Ensure client needs are well understood, defined & met. Serve as the primary interface between senior client management and EXL senior leadership (VPs and SVPs). Accountable for delivery governance, ensuring projects are executed effectively and successfully across teams with different team structures and service delivery models.
Responsibilities- Responsible for driving revenue generating from these accounts.
- Oversee the execution of projects, with on-time delivery every time, ensuring all project goals are met.
- Manage team members, including definition of objectives, oversight of execution and evaluation of performance.
- Provide thought leadership and deliver business insights to identify and resolve complex issues critical to the clients' success.
- Actively contribute to business development and to attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating a team of diverse and qualified staff.
- Manage communication between senior EXL partners and clients to update project progress and solicit feedback on project deliverables.
- Work closely with BU leaders in the account development planning process to maximize the growth potential.
- Develop a deep understanding of EXL's capabilities in Data, Analytics, Digital Operations and Solutions, and work with the relevant SMEs to help drive growth.
- Create awareness of EXL expertise and capabilities among the external community; participate in key industry forums, including presenting topics relevant to senior management.
- Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted.
Requires Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytics field plus eight (8) years of experience in Comprising analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design, and client management. Experience must include: Eight (8) years of experience with the following: (1) query languages; (2) Microsoft Office Suite; and (3) insight generation & storytelling; Five (5) years of experience with the following: (1) scripting languages; (2) Databases (Microsoft SQL Server or Redshift); (3) Visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI); (4) JIRA; (5) project management; (6) program management; and (7) Cloud (AWS and Azure); Four (4) years of experience in business development; Three (3) years of experience with the following: (1) orchestration tools and (2) DBT.
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $157,000 to $160,000 per year.
