Manage AV/LV construction projects as primary point of contact for clients, trades, GC, and reps. Own scope, scheduling, budgets, change orders, quality control, blueprint reading/markups, work orders, and status updates in iPoint while working onsite through all implementation phases.
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!

- Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Status updates in Project Management Software (iPoint) at all times.
- Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness
