The US Retail Markets (USRM) Personal Lines Auto Product Delivery and Development team for OneAuto is growing! We have an opening for a Product Workstream Lead Project Manager. OneAuto is a key component of the Frontier strategy; a multi-year business and technology transformation effort that aims to radically simplify and accelerate how USRM goes to market, powered by a modern, future-ready unified insurance platform.
Workstream Project Manager will focus on one of the core pieces of our Product - Third Party Data, Telematics, Underwriting, Features & Experience, Core Pricing, Forms & RV. This role partners directly with Product SMEs, POs and other cross functional counterparts to deliver OneAuto requirements for their workstream across all milestones. As part of this effort, the team is also exploring how AI tools can streamline and enhance requirements gathering going forward, and this person will have the opportunity to help inform and shape that evolution.
**This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location. The level of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion. **

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years.
- Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
- Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects preferred.
