Build and maintain agent and broker relationships, grow a profitable book of business, ensure regulatory and underwriting compliance, and document decisions thoroughly. Mentor less experienced underwriters and account analysts while supporting continuous-improvement initiatives and business growth.

Builds relationships with health, safety, operations, and engineering stakeholders while coaching and influencing teams. The role is fully remote but requires approximately 75% travel to customer locations from February through October.

Provides consulting and auditing support to a dedicated client’s global health and safety team. Evaluates safety management systems, assesses risk, recommends improvements, develops action plans, and measures progress. Builds relationships with customer stakeholders across health and safety, operations, and engineering. Leads through mentoring and coaching while improving service delivery.
