Evaluate and recommend underwriting decisions for a portfolio of brokers/agents, build internal and external relationships, develop underwriting skills, support marketing and team projects, and contribute to portfolio analysis and data quality.

Manage, investigate, and resolve attorney‑represented auto and homeowner bodily injury claims. Evaluate coverage, liability, damages; prepare for trials/hearings; coordinate with counsel; maintain reserves, file documentation, and refer suspicious claims to SIU. Provide claimant and policyholder communications and ensure secure financial processing and billing of counsel.

Manage moderately complex civil and construction-defect litigation from pleading through trial. Develop legal strategies, lead discovery and settlement negotiations, use e-discovery and case-management tools, advise claims teams, mentor junior attorneys, ensure compliance and ethical practice, and identify process improvements to reduce cost and risk.
