Serves as the primary executive for approximately 20 private equity clients and their portfolio companies while managing strategic broker relationships across multiple U.S. regions. Drives submissions, new business, cross-selling, client and broker marketing initiatives, and relationship expansion. Coordinates Liberty Mutual’s product segments, communicates underwriting appetite, resolves escalations, and develops growth opportunities. The role requires extensive insurance industry and underwriting experience, senior brokerage relationships, business development capability, leadership, and approximately 25% travel.

Leads strategic relationships with approximately 20 global private equity clients and broker partners across the Midwest, South Central, and West. Drives submissions, new business, cross-selling, marketing initiatives, and growth across Liberty Mutual’s product lines. Acts as the primary client escalation point, coordinates cross-enterprise collaboration, communicates underwriting appetite, develops new relationships, and influences senior stakeholders. The role requires extensive insurance industry, underwriting, business development, leadership, and relationship-management experience.

Underwrite and manage complex construction-focused inland marine risks, including builders risk, installation projects, contractors’ equipment, project cargo, and infrastructure accounts. Evaluate exposures, pricing, coverage, terms, and portfolio accumulation; build broker and client relationships; collaborate with Claims, Risk Engineering, Actuarial, Legal, and other teams; improve underwriting processes; and mentor underwriters through technical guidance and thought leadership.
