The AVP, Product Management is a visionary and execution-focused leader responsible for shaping and delivering the product strategy across CenterWell’s Digital, Enablers, and Integrated strategies. This role drives clarity, cohesion, and alignment across value streams, ensuring that digital and omnichannel product experiences meet both business and patient needs. The AVP leads a team of product managers and fosters a product-centric culture grounded in customer insight, agile delivery, and strategic prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and communicate a clear, compelling product strategy aligned with enterprise goals, business and customer needs in partnership with our Human Centered Design practices.
Drive cross-value stream delivery of new products and experiences across digital and omnichannel platforms.
Provide thought leadership and structure to embed a product-focused culture across the organization.
Balance business priorities with patient and associate needs to ensure holistic value delivery.
Product Lifecycle Management
Lead all phases of the product lifecycle—from discovery and design to delivery and iteration.
Develop and maintain multiple product visions, ensuring precision in feature prioritization and roadmap execution.
Monitor product performance and adapt strategies based on data, feedback, and evolving market dynamics.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and agile product organization.
Clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations across product pods.
Promote continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Research & Design, Business Operations, and Portfolio Strategy to ensure integrated product vision.
Engage stakeholders across the enterprise to align on vision, execution, and outcomes.
Translate complex product strategies into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Customer & Market Insight
Leverage research and design inputs to deeply understand customer needs and behaviors.
Ensure product adoption, engagement, and delivery against strategic vision.
Maintain strong external acumen to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
Use your skills to make an impact
Skills & Expertise
10+ years in product management, with 7+ years in leadership roles preferably in digital health practices.
Experience in matrixed environments and SAFE Agile methodologies.
Strong external acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
Core understanding of EMR and interoperability in healthcare.
Proven ability to drive clarity in complex, cross-functional settings.
Deep knowledge of leveraging Human Centered Design insights to inform product development.
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
