Support North American sales by identifying and qualifying opportunities, coordinating meetings, managing HubSpot CRM pipeline, executing outreach cadences, assisting with proposals and enablement materials, and collaborating cross-functionally to support Oracle Cloud and enterprise technology sales.
GoSaaS is seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Sales Executive to support our North American sales team in driving new business growth. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional who is eager to develop their consultative selling skills, build relationships with prospective clients, and grow within a high-performing technology sales organization.
As an Associate Sales Executive, you will help identify and qualify opportunities, coordinate client meetings, manage sales activities within HubSpot, and support opportunities throughout the sales cycle. You'll work closely with senior sales leaders while gaining exposure to Oracle Cloud solutions and enterprise technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in generating and advancing new business opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities based on established criteria.
- Manage sales activities, communications, and pipeline updates within HubSpot CRM.
- Execute sales outreach campaigns and follow established sales cadences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and other sales deliverables.
- Support the development of sales tools, playbooks, and enablement materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, Oracle Cloud solutions, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- 0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable engaging with prospective clients and conducting introductory discovery conversations.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS, or technology services is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications or ERP solutions is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
