We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Field Planning and Analytics team. This role will assist with our annual sales planning process as well as ad-hoc reporting requests throughout the year. The candidate must be self-directed, well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for learning and growth with access to many revenue generating organizations across the field.
This is a hybrid role where office attendance is expected 2-3 days per week.
What to expect?- Assist with maintaining and creating reports, models, and support day-to-day Revenue Operations activities.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve field success by evaluating business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending data-driven actions.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and field teams, to produce ad-hoc analysis to understand customer and team behavior.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and develop KPIs for regular business rhythm reporting (i.e., Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in a data analysis or operations role, preferably within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team.
- SaaS start-up experience in a related field is a plus.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Experience using Tableau is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL or other data query languages is a plus.

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: $88,000-$96,000
