Less complexity. More dentistry. More impact.

At Videa, we help dental clinicians deliver better care to millions of patients through AI.

Oral health is health. Dentists are protectors of societal wellness. We build technology that enhances the moment of care, amplifies clinical expertise, and makes proactive oral healthcare the norm.

Thousands of clinicians rely on Videa every day. Your work here will be reflected in real practice, improving real patient outcomes. If you want to build something that matters, keep reading.

The Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager who wants to build and ship meaningful work.

In this role you will own messaging, content, and enablement across the full customer journey — sharpening our positioning for the audiences that matter most, and building the content that drives pipeline, accelerates deals, and helps customers get lasting value from the product. You connect the dots between product, sales, customer success, and marketing, and you measure your success by your impact.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a builder role. You will work alongside engineers, clinicians, operators, and AI scientists to solve practical problems for dental teams on the ground. You'll be building from scratch, running experiments, and creating playbooks that compound over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take our core positioning and sharpen it for the buyers and segments that matter most – translating strategy into crisp, targeted narratives that give sales and marketing sharper tools to generate pipeline and win deals.

  • Own content and campaigns from idea to execution, with a focus on building assets that directly fuel pipeline from first touch through close and iterating quickly based on what works.

  • Own the messaging and content that powers our SMB GTM motion — running experiments, testing what resonates, and iterating quickly to enable self-serve discovery and reduce dependency on high-touch sales and customer success cycles.

  • Own consistent product update and release communications that keep prospects and customers informed, surface value, and reduce reactive load on the team.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn real-world customer challenges into elegant solutions, and commit to shipping improvements continuously rather than waiting for perfect.

  • Build feature adoption content, upsell messaging, and customer-facing education that supports post-sale CS motions and in-app expansion paths.

  • Run campaigns and marketing experiments — test, learn, and build repeatable playbooks that feed back into messaging and positioning over time.

Your work will not sit in a slide deck. It will show up chairside.

What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B product marketing or closely related marketing discipline, ideally in healthcare SaaS or tech.

  • Commercially minded — you understand how marketing connects to pipeline, adoption, and revenue, and you use that to prioritize your work.

  • Ability to translate product capabilities into crisp messaging that resonates with distinct buyer types and personas.

  • Strong content and copywriting instincts — you can write a one-pager, a sequence of emails, and a competitive battlecard, and they all sound sharp.

  • Collaborative by nature, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Product to get things done.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving roadmap; you don't need a fully defined brief to get started.

  • A bias toward action, an ownership mindset, and a focus on practical simplicity over unnecessary complexity.

Most importantly, you care about building technology that improves people’s health.

Bonus Points

• Experience in healthcare, dental, AI, or regulated environments
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments

What It Is Like to Work Here

We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck.

We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation and meaningful equity
• Unlimited PTO
• 100 percent company-paid dental and vision coverage
• The opportunity to work on AI that is actually used every day
• A team of thoughtful, driven people who genuinely care

Do Not Meet Every Requirement

Apply anyway.

We are not looking for perfect resumes. We are looking for the right teammate who is excited to contribute to our mission and grow with us.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000–$120,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.

Equal Opportunity

Videa is committed to building an equitable, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Diverse teams build better products and better healthcare. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

We have raised more than $67 million from world-class investors, including Threshold Ventures, Spark Capital, Zetta Venture, and Pillar VC, as well as leaders such as Frederic Kerrest, co-founder of Okta. Our work has been featured in TechCrunch and The Wall Street Journal.

If you want to join a breakthrough health technology company and accelerate its impact, we encourage you to apply.
