Role Description
As the Associate Product Marketing Manager on the GFiber Customer Communications and Acquisition Marketing team, you will support acquisition and CRM efforts to drive sign ups and upgrades across email, direct mail, SMS and other tactics. You will play a key role in executing the program roadmap for our email program and how it is consumed across various channels including operations of the email infrastructure and marketing automation platform and manage production calendars, proofread, request data files for direct mail. Set up campaign tracking on all marketing assets. You’ll work in partnership with our digital, brand and support teams to create best in class marketing to drive customer growth.
In this role, you'll:
- As part of the customer comms and acquisition marketing team you will partner with the lead(s) to deploy marketing campaigns inclusive of creative development, vendor relations, and marketing automation operations.
- Drive the day-to-day production and timelines.
- Manage shared resources to execute campaigns through a highly collaborative, cross-functional process from conception to launch.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience within a marketing organization, agency, or consultancy.
- Proven track record driving Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and direct mail initiatives, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience overseeing end-to-end customer marketing programs, from creative development and messaging to campaign execution and daily operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and apply sophisticated customer segmentation and data analytics to improve campaign performance.
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience with consumer centric telecommunications and/or software subscription service businesses.
- Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics and in depth knowledge of cloud based marketing
- Experience with email marketing tools, setting up email journeys, building audiences, monitoring automated programs and a basic knowledge of HTML.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $85,600 - $125,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
