THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an Associate, Platform Operations to support the setup, QA, delivery, and tracking of audience-led campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, organized, curious, and excited to learn how audience strategy, campaign activation, platform partners, and client goals come together in a fast-moving Series A startup environment.

You’ll work closely with the Platform Operations team and, with support, Client Services and other internal partners to help ensure audience deliveries are accurate, timely, and well-documented. The right person will be energized by change, eager to raise their hand, and willing to jump in where needed to support new priorities, changing workflows, and emerging team needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Audience Builds & Delivery Support

  • Support low- to medium-complexity audience builds and distributions with guidance from Platform Operations team members.

  • Execute defined workflows for audience setup, distribution, QA, status tracking, and documentation.

  • Help ensure accuracy across audience logic, codes, taxonomy, rates, client seat IDs, delivery status, and other setup details.

  • Monitor assigned delivery tasks and raise blockers, inconsistencies, or unclear requirements early.

  • Maintain clear documentation of delivery status, required inputs, completed QA steps, and open issues.

QA & Process Improvement
  • Complete QA steps carefully to help ensure audience builds and distributions are accurate before delivery.

  • Review audience setup details, delivery instructions, partner requirements, and internal trackers for completeness and consistency.

  • Follow established best practices for documentation, QA, partner communication, and delivery tracking.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce errors, clarify workflows, and improve delivery timelines.

Campaign & Partner Troubleshooting
  • Support initial troubleshooting when audience delivery, activation, or campaign setup issues arise.

  • Gather relevant context, documentation, screenshots, partner updates, and internal details to help diagnose issues.

  • Escalate delivery issues, data discrepancies, timeline risks, or unclear partner responses appropriately.

  • Track open troubleshooting items and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Learn how campaign performance, audience quality, partner workflows, and client objectives influence troubleshooting decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Platform Operations team members to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

  • With support, collaborate with Client Services and other internal partners to understand client objectives, requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations.

  • Provide helpful status updates and context when asked.

  • Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture where accuracy, responsiveness, and client impact matter — and where teammates help each other do great work.

  • Build an understanding of how audience strategy, campaign performance, delivery partners, and client goals connect.

QUALIFICATIONS
0–2 years of experience in platform operations, campaign operations, client operations, media operations, data operations, or a related role.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to follow defined processes and complete work reliably against deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assigned tasks at once.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort asking clarifying questions and escalating blockers early.

  • Interest in audience strategy, campaign activation, healthcare commercialization, data-driven marketing, or platform operations.

  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities can shift quickly and new processes are still being built.

  • Flexible, proactive, collaborative, and willing to jump in where needed to support the team and help move work forward.
