We are currently seeking an Associate Owner Relations Agent to join our team working remotely in Canada. This position will work Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT.
Performance Objectives
- Answer incoming oil and gas owner relations phone calls from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST, assisting callers with basic FAQs
- Log owner inquiries into a case tracking system
- Log detailed messages for inquiries that would need to be escalated to more experienced Owner Relations Agents
- Listen to voicemails and log into a case tracking system.
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Proficient in navigating CRM tools, ticketing systems, or other platforms efficiently.
- Accurately captures information and follows designated procedures.
- Articulates words clearly and professionally.
- Able to calm upset callers and manage tense conversations.
- Able to handle high call volumes
- Being consistently available during work hours
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Applications
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment.
- Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with another person.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Ability to work in a remote/work from home environment is required.
- Travel requirements: 0% or as required for company needs
