  • Drive release readiness, including stakeholder communications, training, and functional walkthroughs to ensure successful adoption.
  • Oversee ticket and issue management, identifying opportunities to translate recurring issues into system enhancements or targeted training improvements.
  • Govern and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Build and lead a network of business champions, fostering strong two-way communication between end users and the product team to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels (e.g., SharePoint) to support knowledge sharing, updates, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure alignment between analytics solutions and GCO business processes; proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and define new process flows where gaps exist, in partnership with functional leaders.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for Clinical Operations Analytics, supporting both near-term delivery and long-term capability evolution.
  • Bring forward innovative ideas and emerging industry practices, leveraging experience and market trends to continuously enhance analytics capabilities.
