Manages day-to-day operational support for SAP-enabled global commercial and clinical supply chain processes, including order management, logistics, transportation, distribution, serialization, and system integrations. Lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, assess models and tooling, and collaborate with clinicians, statisticians, medical writers, clinical operations, and product teams.

Provides strategic intellectual property counsel for biologic products, supporting R&D, manufacturing, business development, and commercialization. Responsibilities include building patent portfolios, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses, monitoring global patent law, supporting collaborations and transactions, reviewing publications, advising on regulatory exclusivity and trademarks, and assisting with litigation. The role requires extensive biopharmaceutical patent experience and collaboration with scientific and business leaders.

Leads global Microsoft 365 strategy, platform engineering, architecture, governance, reliability, security, lifecycle management, migrations, Copilot enablement, integrations, and commercial oversight. Manages distributed teams and partners while establishing product ownership, support models, enterprise controls, service performance standards, and modernization plans. Requires executive judgment, Microsoft 365 technical depth, global transformation experience, licensing expertise, and leadership in complex regulated environments.

Leads executive and specialized scientific talent sourcing for Research organizations. Builds global talent pipelines, maps competitive talent landscapes, develops scientific networks, engages passive candidates, and provides talent intelligence to leaders and hiring managers. Maintains strategic talent communities, tracks scientific talent movements, leverages sourcing technologies, and advises on workforce planning and talent attraction strategies.

Manage biomarker operational work for clinical trials, oversee junior project managers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

The role involves developing global pricing and market access strategies for Solid Tumor pipeline products and ensuring alignment with payer needs through cross-functional collaboration.
