Requires executive judgment, Microsoft 365 technical depth, global transformation experience, licensing expertise, and leadership in complex regulated environments.

Oversees clinical monitoring activities and CRA performance to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulations, and company SOPs. Manages CRA resource allocation, quality indicators, site relationships, audits, inspections, risk resolution, and milestone delivery. Leads recruitment, onboarding, task assignment, performance evaluations, mentoring, and professional development for the CRA team. Supports monitoring competency assessments and cross-functional collaboration across clinical trials.

Leads global strategic feasibility and study start-up activities for clinical studies. Oversees feasibility planning, enrollment forecasting, study documentation, process optimization, risk management, vendor and site partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. Builds and manages a global team, standardizes tools and processes, analyzes data for study decisions, and presents recommendations to senior leadership. Requires substantial clinical development, study operations, process improvement, and people leadership experience.
