Support client accounts during team absences and begin taking ownership of simpler campaigns.
Maintain accurate records and support reporting on orders, client activity, and team performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to strengthen processes.
Contribute to the efficiency and scalability of the Gear team by reducing turnaround time and boosting team capacity.

Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to take initiative and follow through reliably
Adaptability and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow within the customer success field
