Under the direction of the Practice Partner within the Growth Organization, the Alliance Director is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key alliance partners. This role ensures that our partners understand Wipfli's identity, strategic objectives within our target markets, and our capabilities. The Alliance Director acts as a strategic liaison between Wipfli's strategies, our delivery teams, and our partners to drive impactful results.

The estimated base pay range for this role is $189,000 to $254,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. Individuals may be eligible for a commission plan, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

The Alliance Director acts as a strategic liaison between Wipfli's strategies, our delivery teams, and our partners to drive impactful results.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develops and nurtures high-level relationships with key alliance partners to align their understanding of Wipfli's strategy and capabilities
- Ensures Wipfli meets all the necessary requirements, certifications, etc. required by the Partner including the on-going pipeline information requested by the Partner
- Ensures alliance partners are well-informed about Wipfli's market strategies and service offerings
- Serves as the primary point of contact between Wipfli's strategic initiatives, delivery teams, and alliance partners to ensure seamless execution and achievement of business goals
- Updates and reports on the performance, issues, and needs related to the alliance partnerships
- Facilitates the effective use of partner programs, solution accelerators, and marketing tools by internal teams
- Ensures that Wipfli consultants and business developers have the information and education to effectively source and close opportunities related to the products and services provided by the Partner.
- Manages the participation and objectives of Wipfli attendees at partner conferences and events
- Align Wipfli efforts and capabilities to the top of the funnel activities that generate leads sourced from the Partner
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other job-related major, or an equivalent level of job-related experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred previous experience with the channel partner if possible
- Understanding of and experience in consulting
- Direct experience as an Alliance Manager
