The Associate, Media Cross Channel Operations is primarily responsible for the day-to-day setup, trafficking, QA, launch support, tracking validation, and ongoing maintenance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social, programmatic, search, and display. Reporting into the Director of Execution, this role ensures campaigns are launched accurately, assets are properly configured, tracking is validated, and platform requirements are met. In addition to the primary trafficking focus, the Associate will learn and provide cross-channel execution support, including campaign monitoring, under the guidance of channel leads.

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build expertise across digital media execution and the ad tech landscape. The Associate will partner closely with internal teams to deliver operational excellence across every campaign while developing hands-on knowledge of cross-channel campaign management. This role requires working during U.S. East Coast business hours.

  • Ensure campaigns, assets, and tracking are implemented accurately and according to internal standards.
  • Support campaign launches and perform pre-launch and post-launch quality assurance checks.

Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform platform and asset QA, identifying setup discrepancies, tracking issues, or delivery concerns.
  • Validate creative files, URLs, UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and campaign naming conventions.
  • Investigate and resolve campaign setup and technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and platform partners.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy across all campaign deliverables.

Trafficking, Tracking & Campaign Monitoring

  • Traffic campaigns within platforms such as Campaign Manager 360, Google and Bing Ads, and programmatic DSPs (e.g., PulsePoint).
  • Oversee campaign UTM tagging to ensure all media is tagged correctly and trackable in Google Analytics.
  • Monitor live campaigns across channels for delivery, pacing, tracking, creative, and other operational issues; document findings and escalate discrepancies to the appropriate channel lead.
  • Support tracking validation and execution needs across advertising and measurement platforms.

Cross-Channel Execution Learning & Team Collaboration

  • Learn channel-specific execution workflows, platform requirements, and campaign management best practices across social, programmatic, search, and display.
  • Provide cross-channel execution support under the guidance of channel leads, including campaign monitoring, status updates, documentation, and routine platform checks.
  • Collaborate closely with Media, Social, Programmatic, Search, Creative, Analytics, and Project Management teams; communicate project status, potential risks, and operational needs proactively.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment, while contributing to campaign documentation, process improvements, and internal best practices.
