Position Overview
We're searching for a Sys Ops Technician II to join our Cloud Services team in a remote work setting. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You'll Do

• Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to provide the best possible experience to our clients.
• Create documentation for policies and procedures used in the department for software installations, server configurations, or troubleshooting.
• Work closely with other Cloud Services groups to resolve issues or help with configuration changes/testing.
• Work in SQL, performing activities like database backups, restores, and running scripts.
• P erforms other duties as assigned by the immediate manager or the management team

We're Excited to Learn More About You

• 3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment, including troubleshooting simple to complex software/hardware issues.
• This role operates across M-F, 8 am - 4:30 pm CST
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
• Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or Command Line batch files), additional Microsoft products, including SQL Server Management Studio
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent
