The Role:
Cadillac is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Dealer Performance. This key team member will report to the Cadillac Manager, Retail Innovation - Dealer Performance. The role is essential in managing all facets of Project Pinnacle (dealer performance & sales consultant bonus program), providing crucial reports on dealer profitability to both internal and external stakeholders, and supporting Cadillac leadership and field organizations.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Project Pinnacle:
- Support the annual development and implementation of Project Pinnacle, Cadillac's performance rewards program, to enhance dealer engagement and deliver a luxury customer experience.
- Ensure continuous alignment of all Pinnacle stakeholders to streamline the program and eliminate friction points.
- Lead quarter-close activities with internal stakeholders and Maritz, ensuring accurate dealer performance audits and timely publication of results.
- Monitor program objectives and deliverables, spearheading any necessary developments with GMIT/Maritz.
- Communicate monthly/quarterly updates to dealers and the Cadillac organization regarding program changes.
- Provide DMIT and field training through periodic immersion sessions.
Dealer Profitability:
- Assist in the monthly reporting process on dealer profitability, ensuring clear communication to the Cadillac organization.
- Prepare materials for internal use (Cadillac HQ) and external dealer partners (Dealer Council).
Administrative Support:
- Support the Retail Innovation - Dealer Performance manager with National Dealer Council and Pinnacle/Profitability Subcommittee activities.
- Manage administrative tasks involving third parties, including creating shopping carts, processing purchase orders, collaborating with Purchasing on releases, and reconciling and approving invoices for the Retail Innovation team.
- Perform other ad hoc requests as needed.
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of experience in automotive industry
- High level of analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI & Excel, ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Demonstrated success in developing strong working relationships across many layers of an organization & across cultural boundaries
- Highly effective written and oral presentation skills, ability to summarize complex information and be succinct in delivering it
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple assignments and complex tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge ( Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in business administration preferred
- Dealer /field experience with dealer operations knowledge preferred
