*** This position must be located in Denver, CO; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
At T-Mobile, we don’t just lead in wireless—we lead in redefining what it means to be connected.
We’re looking for an Art Direction Manager to help lead the way our brand comes to life visually—across every screen, space, and story. This role is for a conceptual thinker and a hands-on maker. Someone who can guide ideas, direct shoots, build decks, and collaborate with partners to deliver standout, brand-building creative.
As part of T-Studios, you’ll work with copywriters, designers, producers, and studio managers to develop and execute integrated creative that drives connection, consistency, and brand clarity. You’ll lead art direction across everything from campaigns and sizzles to experiential, retail, and digital channels—always bringing energy, craft, and collaboration.
This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks big, and thrives in the details. You check your ego at the door, jump in wherever needed, and care just as much about execution as you do about concept.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead art direction across a wide range of creative outputs including campaign, email, direct mail, digital, print, retail, and presentation work
    • Partner with creative directors and studio managers to concept and build brand-right solutions
    • Drive the visual execution of creative from pitch to delivery—designing, directing, and refining along the way
    • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to shape integrated storytelling and elevate ideas across touchpoints
    • Direct and participate in shoots, edits, and motion development as needed
    • Build and present decks that sell in work clearly and confidently
    • Help maintain and evolve the brand’s visual system, working within established guidelines while pushing it forward
    • Mentor junior designers and art directors, sharing feedback and leading by example
    • Ensure every deliverable meets a high bar for craft, cohesion, and clarity

    What You’ll Bring:

    • 6–8 years of experience in art direction across brand, agency, or in-house creative teams
    • A portfolio that showcases bold, effective work across multiple channels and mediums
    • Strong conceptual chops and deep attention to visual detail
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)
    • Experience directing or collaborating on photo and video shoots
    • A strategic mindset paired with strong instincts for brand and design
    • Ability to manage timelines, feedback, and cross-functional input in a fast-paced environment
    • Curiosity around AI and creative automation, and how they can accelerate or enhance the work
    • A collaborative, ego-free approach and a desire to help build something special

    Why T-Mobile?

We’re more than just a wireless company; we’re a brand that pushes boundaries. We don’t settle for incremental change; we leap forward, driven by an insatiable hunger for innovation and progress. Our mission is to redefine connectivity for our members, employees, and communities. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our brand, driving creativity, innovation, and impact in everything you touch. If you’re ready to lead with vision and leave your mark, we want to hear from you.

    • At least 18 years of age
