Job Description • 8-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management and related areas, with a strong background in software development / IT • Technical expertise in at least one technology, preferably Java. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for client projects, working directly as a part of the client team • Ensure alignment of project scope, goals, and deliverables with client requirements. • Monitor and control project progress, addressing risks and issues proactively. • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. • Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Promote Agile best practices across teams to enhance collaboration and productivity. • Collaborate with technical teams to understand and address technical challenges. • Provide input on technical decisions and ensure alignment with project objectives. • Leverage technical expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello). • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. • Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices. • Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies. • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus. • This role is ideal for candidates who combine project management expertise with technical acumen, ensuring successful delivery of projects while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
