Target Range:

$22.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos Clearing is seeking an Analyst who is responsible for participating on an operational team that supports our clients. They help our clients grow by completing daily workloads in an accurate and timely manner. The Analyst will demonstrate the ability to support one or more of the following functions: Account Services, Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Client Communications, Conversions, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Settlements, Stock Receipts, Tax, Trading and Transfers. Other responsibilities may arise as part of our ever-evolving work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review documentation and process requests.
  • Analyze information to ensure high level quality.
  • Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks.
  • Take initiative to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma

  • Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office or professional environment required.

  • Exposure to financial services or related industry preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn operational processes and apply business acumen.
