The IKC Operations Support Team – Analyst will be a key contributor in DaVita’s efforts to provide integrated care to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The successful candidate for this role will have a driven attitude, solid organizational skills with great written and verbal communication skills, be an ambitious and fast-learning team player motivated by the achievement of making a direct impact on kidney patients, and will thrive in a highly dynamic, cross-functional, and matrixed team environment.
This teammate will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects that provide operational support, improve patient quality metrics, and promote collaboration through project management techniques.
Other activities will include: quantitative analysis and ad hoc special projects that materialize frequently in a rapidly changing health care industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations Support

Partner with clinicians, operations managers, and other leadership to develop and launch projects or other operational changes

Understands business strategy and can execute or provide an operations lens

Clear communication of project status and next steps, leveraging a sprint format
Project Management

Partner with others to work on complex, high-priority work streams

Utilize standard project management tools to drive forward projects and deliverables on time

Drive execution of project for self and team, independently resolve minor conflicts, define success metrics, and communicate progress to leadership and other stakeholders

Adapts to change in priorities, scope, and direction, remaining flexible

Navigates comfortably under ambiguous organizational or industry circumstances
Analytics

Leverage a hypothesis-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities

Conduct analyses to assess the impact on business metrics, driving root cause analysis that translates into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations

Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps and developing deployment plans

Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills
Relationship Building

Partners with teammates of all levels across the enterprise

Understands the right stakeholders to engage for the success of a project

Informally coaches colleagues on work product and development areas

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, required
-
2+ years of total work experience, required
-
Previous healthcare/project management experience, preferred

Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, required

Experience with Cerner, HealtheAnalytics, Tableau, and Smartsheet, preferred

Salary/ Wage Range
$56,500.00 - $75,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
