As an Analyst I, Casino Analytics, you'll turn data into insights that shape customer and game strategies while informing key business decisions across a fast-moving digital environment. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Operations, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities throughout the customer and game lifecycle, and support data-driven innovation. In this role, you'll develop scalable reporting solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze experiments, and help define how success is measured across critical initiatives. Your work will turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance customer experiences, drive engagement, and deliver meaningful business impact.
What you'll do
• Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and customer experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on objectives, define success metrics, and measure performance.
• Analyze customer lifecycle, game performance, and business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate feature impact and guide data-driven decision-making.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting solutions that track key customer, game, and business metrics.
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and compelling insights for stakeholders across the organization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business performance.
What you'll bring
• A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of business analytics or data science experience in a work or academic setting.
• Experience working with SQL and Snowflake or a similar cloud-based data platform.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or similar analytics platforms.
• A foundational understanding of statistics, experimentation methodologies, hypothesis testing, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
