Monitor controls, manage issues, support examinations and audits, translate regulatory requirements into processes and platform changes, develop policies and playbooks (AML/KYC, market surveillance, marketing compliance), and prepare compliance reporting and dashboards.

Lead and scale a casino analytics team to drive data-informed strategy, experimentation, and reporting. Partner with product, data science, and operations to deliver executive insights, build analytical frameworks, and develop high-performing analysts to unlock growth and operational efficiency.

Lead strategy, execution, and growth of non-sports prediction markets (crypto, politics, finance, tech, culture). Own operational processes, launch and monitor markets at scale, optimize performance metrics (engagement, retention, volume, revenue), and partner cross-functionally to drive business outcomes using data-driven decisions and trend identification.

Lead long-term strategy and architecture for cloud and on‑prem platform infrastructure, driving Kubernetes and multi‑cloud reliability, IaC/GitOps automation, observability, SLO/SLI/error‑budget practices, incident leadership, AI‑augmented tooling adoption, and mentorship of senior engineers to improve platform resilience and developer experience.

Lead design vision and execution for platform product areas, define long-term strategy, create reusable patterns and design systems, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor designers, and deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences from concept to execution.

Drive App Store Optimization for DraftKings mobile apps: execute metadata and creative updates, perform keyword research and competitive analysis, run and analyze A/B tests, track installs and conversion metrics, and collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to increase organic visibility and growth.

Provide strategic legal support for DKeX and related exchange/clearing initiatives. Advise on Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations; draft and maintain exchange rules, policies, and governance; support regulatory filings and rule submissions; partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams; monitor regulatory developments; manage outside counsel; and develop scalable legal guidance and processes to enable compliant product development and operation of a regulated prediction markets marketplace.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) legal review and translation for marketing, offers, disclosures, and customer communications; advise cross-functional teams on advertising, promotions, and responsible gaming; validate vendor translations and help develop AI-assisted translation tools to scale high-quality legal translations.

Lead AI security strategy and guardrails, design and review AI gateways and tooling, scale InfoSec review processes, reduce AI-driven security noise, drive remediation and investigations, and mentor security and platform engineers.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for a content management platform: define strategy, API and architecture, co-own roadmap, prioritize engineering work, enable automation and personalization, collaborate with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and stakeholders, and use data and experimentation to measure and iterate.
