What will you do?
A day in the life of a Brand Partnerships & Events Coordinator at Altra looks a little like this.
We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships & Events Coordinator to support how Altra shows up in the world—through partnerships, PR, and on-the-ground experiences.
This role is equal parts coordination and execution. You’ll help manage day-to-day partnership and athlete team needs, support global PR efforts, and bring events to life—from race activations to media moments. The right candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing brand that lives at the intersection of running, outdoor, and culture.

This role is central to translating brand strategy into real-world impact. From media moments to race-day experiences, you’ll help shape how runners experience Altra beyond the product.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1-3 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Partnerships & PR Coordination
Support execution of global PR and partnership initiatives across running, outdoor, and lifestyle
Act as a key point of contact for PR agency communication and deliverable tracking
Manage product seeding for media, partners, and key moments—ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Assist in press release development, internal reviews, and approvals
Coordinate creative requests tied to PR campaigns in partnership with internal teams
Provide administrative and operational support across partnerships and collaborations
Events & Activations
Support planning and execution of performance and consumer-facing events, including race activations and brand experiences
Coordinate logistics including product, shipping, staffing needs, and on-site materials
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown—ensuring a high-quality, on-brand presence
Gather insights and feedback from events to inform future activations
Operations & Team Support
Maintain trackers, calendars, recaps and reporting across partnerships, PR, athletes and events
Support budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting
Assist cross-functional alignment with global marketing, sports marketing, and product teams
Provide general administrative support for partnerships and sports marketing functions
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
Experience working with agencies, events, or product seeding is a plus
Familiarity with the running, outdoor, or fitness industry
Willingness to travel and support events outside of standard hours when needed (up to 30% travel during peak events season)

$56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
