As a Footwear Designer, you will create innovative running footwear, manage projects from concept to commercialization, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure design fidelity.

Lead and coach store associates to deliver best-in-class customer service, drive sales and KPIs, oversee daily operations (opening/closing, inventory, merchandising), support onboarding and training, and maintain store standards and loss prevention.

Responsible for product integrity in design and manufacturing, prepares fit specifications, and collaborates with designers and factories to meet product briefs.

Manage footwear development from final design review to production: lead cross-functional teams, ensure fit and quality, control costs and margins, evaluate tooling (2D/3D), produce tech packs in Flex PLM, coordinate with Asia factories, approve samples, and support commercialization and wear testing.
