Supports Altra’s brand vision by developing and producing creative assets for integrated campaigns, websites, email, digital advertising, social media, video, print, and retail communications. Collaborates with creative, marketing, copywriting, and development teams; contributes to brainstorming and concept development; maintains brand standards; assists with photo shoots; conducts creative research; and delivers high-quality projects on schedule.

Drives seasonal color design and execution across Altra footwear. Develops color palettes, translates brand vision into product designs, researches trends, creates color CADs and technical packs, presents design proposals, and reviews samples for accurate, achievable execution. Collaborates with design, product, merchandising, and development teams to meet commercial, technical, quality, pricing, and timeline goals.

Develops brand and product copy for integrated campaigns, product launches, social media, eCommerce, email, video, print, and events. Shapes brand voice and messaging, collaborates with creative and marketing teams, leads copy workstreams, supports social production, presents creative decisions, manages deadlines, and maintains high quality across channels.
