Responsibilities:
- Assess feasibility and readiness: Evaluate AI use cases for technical viability, data readiness, implementation complexity, interpersonal readiness, and expected operational value. Identify dependencies, risks, and required capabilities to support informed investment decisions.
- Guide governance and approvals: Coordinate with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, architecture, and data governance teams to help solutions navigate governance reviews, compliance requirements, and approval processes while enabling responsible innovation.
- Facilitate partner alignment: Drive partnerships among IT leaders, architects, delivery teams, and governance partners to establish scope, priorities, success metrics, and implementation approaches.
- Analyze portfolio trends: Lead intake demand across the AI portfolio, identify recurring solution patterns, highlight opportunities for reusable capabilities, and recommend improvements that accelerate delivery, adoption, and operational impact.
- Drive transparency and communication: Maintain clear communication regarding request status, recommendations, risks, timelines, and next steps, ensuring partners remain informed throughout the evaluation process.
- Measure value and improve processes: Support intake metrics, portfolio reporting, and operational dashboards while chipping in to continuous improvement of intake frameworks, assessment methodologies, and governance playbooks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technology Assessment Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, technology consulting, product management, or a related field involving the evaluation and prioritization of technology initiatives.
- Requirements and Feasibility Analysis: Experience demonstrating the ability to capture requirements, evaluate technical solutions, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical leaders.
- Customer Coordination: Experience working across multiple organizations to facilitate alignment, drive decision-making, and coordinate successful outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent facilitation, written, and executive interpersonal skills. Proven ability guiding discussions, facilitating interested party alignment, and influencing outcomes across technical and leadership audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AI and Emerging Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Governance and Risk Management: Experience supporting technology governance, cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, or risk management processes. Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, COSO, or similar governance models.
- Portfolio and Operational Management: Experience running project intake processes, technology portfolios, service request workflows, or enterprise prioritization processes.
