Cleartelligence is looking for an AI-Native Marketing Manager to help build and scale our marketing function and drive measurable business growth. This is a hands-on role for a creative, commercially minded marketer who knows how to turn ideas into action, experiment quickly, and use AI to work smarter and move faster.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with our growth and practice leaders to strengthen the Cleartelligence brand, generate demand, support strategic partnerships, and create programs that contribute to pipeline. You will have the opportunity to shape how we go to market, from our content and thought leadership strategy to campaigns, events, partnerships, and new AI-powered approaches to marketing.

We are looking for someone who is excited to build, test, learn, and continuously improve, not simply inherit an established marketing playbook.

Who You Are

  • You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership. You can move easily between strategy and execution, developing the idea one day and building the campaign, content, or event around it the next.
  • You are AI-first and allergic to AI slop. You know how to use AI to move faster, experiment more, and increase output without sacrificing quality. You bring the judgment, creativity, and attention to detail needed to make sure the work still feels thoughtful, differentiated, and human.
  • You understand how to market sophisticated technology and consulting services to enterprise buyers. You are curious about emerging technologies, creative in how you reach audiences, and energized by finding new ways to differentiate a challenger brand in the rapidly evolving data and AI market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth by developing, testing, and optimizing marketing programs across Cleartelligence's core industries, including healthcare and life sciences, technology, manufacturing, retail, financial services, and the public sector.
  • Partner with the CEO, growth leaders, and practice leaders to develop campaigns, messaging, content, and sales enablement that support enterprise opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Own campaigns from idea through execution, including content, social, events, webinars, partnerships, communities, and emerging AI-native channels.
  • Build and execute a thoughtful event strategy, including curated executive events, partner programs, and targeted participation in key industry events.
  • Strengthen Cleartelligence's market presence and position our leaders as credible voices in data, analytics, and AI.
  • Develop compelling content and collateral that translates complex technical capabilities into clear business value for enterprise decision-makers.
  • Support the launch and growth of new service offerings through positioning, messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market materials.
  • Continuously identify new channels, tools, and approaches for reaching prospective clients; test quickly, measure results, and scale what works.
  • Use AI, agents, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to accelerate research, content development, personalization, campaign execution, and marketing operations without sacrificing quality.
  • Establish meaningful marketing metrics and track performance against pipeline, engagement, brand, and revenue goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget, external vendors, agencies, and other marketing partners.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similarly hands-on marketing role, ideally within a technology consulting, professional services, data, cloud, or AI-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing campaigns from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • An AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, AI agents, automation tools, and emerging AI marketing technologies.
  • Experience working with a modern marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, social, and content tools.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data, technology, and AI concepts into clear and compelling business messages.
  • Creative by nature, with examples of bringing fresh thinking, clever ideas, or unconventional approaches to marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for content, messaging, and brand quality.
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with analytics and using performance data to determine where to invest time and resources.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise clients and senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience within regulated industries or working alongside technology/channel partners is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and you have the opportunity to build new programs from the ground up.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000–$140,000, based on experience and qualifications, plus a performance-based bonus tied to company growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in building Cleartelligence's marketing function. As the function grows, there is significant opportunity to expand your scope, take on additional leadership responsibilities, and grow based on performance and impact.
