Client Success Manager
Location: Hybrid – Tulsa, OK | In-office Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday

We’re searching for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our Reputation Management Team and play a key role in helping our partners achieve their goals, grow their businesses, and see measurable success through our platform.
As the face of ConsumerAffairs to your clients, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, advocate, and strategic thinker—building strong relationships and ensuring our clients receive consistent value at every stage of the journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive client outcomes by understanding their success criteria, business drivers, and long-term goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients to set a solid foundation for adoption
- Proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn
- Develop strategic plans tailored to clients’ unique business needs
- Analyze client data to identify insights, increase engagement, and boost product utilization
- Lead compelling demos of ConsumerAffairs features for current and prospective partners
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure continued success and alignment
- Recommend process improvements for scalable, high-impact engagement
- Swiftly resolve ad-hoc client needs and ensure a seamless experience
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and grow accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and senior leadership
- Maintain accurate data and reporting to support operational excellence
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Relationship Manager
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding retention and growth targets
- Experience tracking and analyzing KPIs like customer satisfaction and engagement
- Skilled in creating clear, professional presentations and telling data-driven stories
- SaaS or tech industry experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
