As an AI/ML Model Developer in Control Management, you will data mine to identify insights and build models for production. You will collaborate with other machine learning model developers and work closely with stakeholders to deliver business value. Your role will be pivotal in advancing the analytics and AI/ML program.

As an AI/ML Model Developer in Control Management, you will data mine to identify insights and build models for production. You will collaborate with other machine learning model developers and work closely with stakeholders to deliver business value. Your role will be pivotal in advancing the analytics and AI/ML program.
Job responsibilities
- Research data to discover insights and develop innovative ML-based solutions to some of Control Management's hardest problems.
- Understand the AI/ML program journey to formulate relevant high impact business questions that can be answered through data analysis.
- Develop strong data science capabilities that can be scaled across various business use cases.
- Collaborate with Tech partners to design and deploy Machine Learning services that can be integrated with strategic systems.
- Leverage internal reusable components and cutting-edge external tools strategically to advance capability development.
- Document and convey approaches and results to non-technical audiences, such as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art methods and models.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Master's degree/Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science or Technology-related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of AI/ML model development experience
- Hands-on experience in building and managing large-scale Data Science and Machine Learning models, including their monitoring and upkeep in production
- Hands-on experience with Deep Neural Network packages (examples: PyTorch, Keras/TensorFlow, HuggingFace packages like Transformers, Datasets etc)
- Strong understanding of various machine learning concepts, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong ability to develop and debug in Python with extensive experience with machine learning APIs and computational packages (examples: Scikit-Learn, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, XGBoost etc)
- Experience in exploring and analyzing data using SQL, including writing queries and extracting insights from large datasets
- Experience in developing solution using cloud technologies such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure etc
- Able to work both individually and collaboratively in teams in order to achieve project goals

- Must be curious, hardworking, detail-oriented, and motivated by complex analytical problems
- Able to be results and client-focused and follow the agile development paradigm
- Able to design or evaluate intrinsic and extrinsic metrics of your model's performance which are aligned with business goals

- Able to work with non-specialists in a partnership model, conveys information clearly and creates a sense of trust with stakeholders
