As an GTM Engineer on our Growth team, you'll be at the forefront of automating business processes with AI. You'll build agents, automation systems, and intuitive interfaces that empower humans and machines work together.

What You'll DoDesign and build AI agents that automate workflows across our business.
Create intelligent automation systems (with or without AI) that optimize go-to-market processes.
Develop user-friendly interfaces that help people do their job (when existing tools don’t provide those interfaces).
Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure that supports rapid experimentation.
Work together with our CEO (Daniil), Head of Growth (Horia) & Business Engineering Lead (Ivan) to coordinate automation initiatives that help our GTM department
Strong programming skills using Typescript (or another language + willingness to learn Typescript).
Background in building full-stack applications and APIs
Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, etc.)
Passion for automation and making complex processes simple.
Understanding of business processes and go-to-market strategies.
Previous experience in growth engineering or marketing automation.
Experience with agentic AI systems and multi-step reasoning.
Background in startups or fast-paced environments.
