Position overview: 

We are looking for a contract-based AI-Driven Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Account Executives (AEs) by designing and deploying AI-powered sales systems that improve outreach effectiveness, automate research, and accelerate pipeline generation.

This role requires someone who understands the difference between large language models (LLMs), knows how and when to integrate them, and can work hands-on with tools like GPT-4, Claude, Zapier, Clay, and HubSpot to optimize sales workflows. You’ll collaborate directly with AEs to identify inefficiencies and create tactical AI-enhanced solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Design & Automation: Build lightweight, AI-assisted processes to support AE prospecting, personalization, and follow-up using tools like Clay, Zapier, and LLM APIs.
  • Prompt Engineering: Create and test reusable prompt templates for outbound messaging, industry insights, call prep, and objection handling.
  • Model Selection & Integration: Recommend and implement LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) based on speed, quality, and token limits for various sales use cases.
  • Sales Stack Support: Enhance the team's usage of HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator with AI-powered enrichment, tagging, and outreach templates.
  • AE Collaboration: Work closely with AEs to translate their outreach patterns into repeatable AI-supported playbooks and experiments.
  • Performance Feedback Loop: Track effectiveness of AI enhancements (e.g., open rates, reply quality) and iterate on tools and messaging.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales enablement, RevOps, or GTM support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Zapier, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate sales needs into workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to test, track, and optimize AI outputs.
  • Comfortable working independently and iterating quickly in a startup-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building or supporting outbound GTM systems.
  • Understanding of the limitations and differences between various LLMs.
  • Ability to coach AEs on using AI-assisted tools and workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM tagging, enrichment strategies, and outbound segmentation.

Hourly Rate: USD $40.00 - 55.00 / hr
