Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on AgentOps Team Leader to build and lead our new AgentOps function. This critical position is responsible for establishing and operationalizing a specialist team dedicated to managing the full lifecycle of AI agents and automated workflows.
The successful candidate will be a 'Player/Coach' leader, capable of providing strategic direction while also being deeply involved in the technical delivery of AI solutions. You will be instrumental in turning business challenges into optimized AI deployments, driving intelligent automation across the enterprise.
The listed salary for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 annually.
Qualifications- Demonstrated success in a leadership role, ideally within an AI, automation, or data-focused team.
- Proven experience as a "Player/Coach," with a strong technical background and hands-on ability.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing a backlog of technical projects.
- Possesses a strong technical curiosity and a proactive drive to deliver value rapidly, adept at utilizing AI and automated workflow solutions.
- Providing strategic direction for the AgentOps function, aligning with overall business goals.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of AI engineers who can deliver at speed and scale.
- Managing the AgentOps project backlog, from requirements gathering with business units to prioritization and delivery.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the AgentOps team and stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments.
- Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered workflow solutions using platforms like n8n in a production environment.
- Establishing and enforce governance, security, and risk management frameworks for AI agents in collaboration with Information Security.
- Driving the continuous improvement of AgentOps processes, tools, and methodologies in collaboration with the Innovation Team.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and agility, operating with a startup mindset to deliver value quickly.
