Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and driven AgentOps AI Engineer to join our newly formed AgentOps team. This is a core 'builder' role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents and automated workflow solutions to solve key business challenges.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on developer with a passion for automation, using workflow automation platforms to integrate AI capabilities into our business systems. You will play a pivotal role in transforming manual processes and enabling pragmatic intelligent automation across the organization.
The listed salary for this position is $115,000 - $155,000 annually.
Qualifications- Demonstrated success as an Automation Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role.
- Strong programming skills.
- Expertise in working with RESTful APIs and other integration methods.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier).
- A solid understanding of solution architecture and design principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Developing and deploying robust and scalable AI agents and workflow solutions.
- Integrating AI solutions with various systems and data sources via APIs.
- Collaborating with the AgentOps Team Leader and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective, production grade automation solutions.
- Writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code and workflow configurations.
- Monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting deployed AI agents to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Contributing to the full lifecycle management of AI solutions, including testing, versioning, and documentation.
- Analyzing and optimizing workflows for efficiency, cost, and accuracy.
- Partnering with teams such as Innovation and Data Science to implement advanced models into operational workflows.
