  • Guide prompt design, tool orchestration, and agent interaction models

4. Risk, Governance & Controls

  • Define and implement guardrails for AI agents (accuracy thresholds, explainability, bias mitigation)
  • Partner with Model Risk Management, Compliance, and Legal to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Establish human oversight models, auditability, and fallback procedures for AI-driven actions

5. Deployment, Adoption & Change Management

  • Partner with Change Management Lead on providing advise/consultation on pilot programs and ways to scale adoption across the business
  • Partner with domain team to drive behavior change to ensure effective integration of AI agents into daily workflows

  • Track and report on key success metrics:
    • Productivity gains
    • Cycle time reduction
    • User adoption and satisfaction
    • Output quality and accuracy
  • Continuously refine agents based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 8–12+ years experience in banking, consulting, product, or digital transformation roles

  • Demonstrated track record and experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or automation technologies, preferably in enterprise settings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial banking, credit, underwriting, or operations
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (model risk, responsible AI)
  • Experience working in Agile / product operating models
  • Background in consulting, digital transformation, or innovation roles

Core Skills

  • Model selection & evaluation (fit-for-purpose)
  • Prompt orchestration & workflow composition
  • Experimentation design & performance tuning
  • Reliability engineering (evals, guardrails, monitoring)
  • Business problem framing for AI use cases
  • Complexity management (avoid over-engineering)
