We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Agency Management Specialist to oversee all aspects of retail agency onboarding and management. This role involves close collaboration with business development and various other internal stakeholders to support business growth and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Your Impact:

Perform all aspects of retail agency management including onboarding of new producing agencies, verification of critical documents and set up of agencies in internal systems. Manage communication with agencies during onboarding process.

Supervise offshore teams that support the agency onboarding function. Ensure work standards are met and train as needed. Recommend and implement work flow improvements as needed.

Work effectively with producing agencies in maintaining up-to-date records, especially in connection with producing agency mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

Maintain contractual records in legal contract system. Ensure completeness of legal records.

Work effectively with business development and with key representatives of the various business units to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of producing agencies in support of business needs.

Gain proficiency with internal IT systems, ensure records are accurate and up to date in broking and quote-bind systems in support of business needs. Review records in system to determine whether agencies are already in system or need to be added.
Successful Candidates Will Have:

Three years experience in an agency management or related insurance company or agency role.

Experience with one or more agency management systems and in-house IT systems. Knowledge of IMS or Salesforce a plus.

Customer orientation and ability to maintain cordial and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven track record of professional growth and adaptability, with the ability to scale responsibilities as the agency management function evolves and expands across the organization.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Must demonstrate a high level of initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $31.15 - $36.05 per hour plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
