About the Opportunity: 

We are looking for an Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day tactical execution of our clients’ affiliate program strategies. You will work with team members to deliver exceptional client service and to meet and exceed program goals. This is an excellent opportunity to develop account management and digital marketing skills and grow with us.


What You'll Do:

Client Partnership & Strategy

  • Develop deep knowledge of clients' businesses including KPIs, competition, product lines, target customers, and brand guidelines to inform strategic decisions
  • Deliver superior customer service through proactive communication and results that consistently exceed expectations

Publisher & Influencer Development

  • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with publishers and influencers across various niches to maintain a diverse partner mix that drives meaningful brand growth
  • Manage ongoing publisher communications including launch incentives, promotional campaigns, and strategic opportunities using internal tools and third-party platforms

Partnership Management & Optimization

  • Negotiate strategic placements, exclusive deals, and performance-based compensation structures that align partner payments with value delivered while protecting brand integrity
  • Day-to-day management of affiliate programs, including approving publishers, sending newsletters, responding to affiliate inquiries, managing creative assets
  • Drive content commerce initiatives including targeted pitches, competitive backlinking opportunities, and article inclusions

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Provide regular reporting on outreach activities, partnership development, and results. Make strategic recommendations based on these results


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and metrics
  • Strong desire and ability to learn and grow; independent, self- starters a plus
  • Problem-solving, strategic planning, creativity
  • Tech savvy; skilled with Excel and PowerPoint for client-facing reports, analysis and presentations; HTML a plus
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Relationship-building; very comfortable interfacing with clients and publisher partners
  • Desire to work at a small agency which offers the opportunity to play many roles

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $65,000-80,000/year + variable compensation

What to Expect:

  • 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
  • 2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round: Assessment(s)
  • 4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team

Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station office. We are not considering remote, hybrid, or out-of-area candidates, and do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
