Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Mobile is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional with expertise in developing, authoring and implementing personalized customer experiences using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target while driving significant engagement and conversion rates through data-driven targeting and A/B testing. This role is part of the Product Marketing Operations team. This team is instrumental in developing a sophisticated, best-in-class digital marketplace for our retail wireless brands while operating as a growth engine for our organization's larger retail wireless ambitions ... this business unit holds high expectations for this team.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating, updating, and publishing web pages and components within Adobe Experience Manager as well as with creating targeted content within the AEM platform, utilizing Adobe Target's features to deliver personalized experiences based on user data, and demonstrating a strong understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies. This role demands a high level of ownership, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for a self-motivated, curious, independent, detail-oriented, and driven individual to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create web pages and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based on designs and wireframes
  • Work in a cross-channel environment publishing content for desktop/laptop and mobile devices
  • Work with the creative team to help manage copy and creative assets via DAM (Digital Asset Manager)
  • Evaluate and test standardization and quality of page components
  • Ensure professional-quality content for customer and vendor portals, responsive websites, mobile apps, marketing pages, and other cross-channel websites
  • Collaborate and partner with copywriters and the broader marketing team to ensure a consistent tone of voice and messaging for customers
  • Edit a variety of digital content as needed, including marketing pages, informational content, navigational elements, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help, alert messages, and FAQs


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a content admin/content author


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organization, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences
  • Very adaptable, and able to handle multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, result-driven, time- critical environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
  • Prior experience authoring content for an enterprise website(s)
  • Experience with AEM CMS content authoring, wireframes, and design/prototyping software
  • Working knowledge of front-end web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively implement Adobe Target functionalities on a website
  • Personalization, Audience Segmentation and A/B testing
  • Data Analysis
  • Marketing Automation
  • Past wireless and/or digital marketing/eCommerce experience a plus

  • This is an onsite role in Littleton, CO

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
