As a Process Integration Engineer in the Advanced DRAM organization, you will work in a world-class R&D facility to enable the future of memory scaling. You will focus on the performance, manufacturability, and circuit integration of next-generation stacked memory technology.
Responsibilities
Lead technology development activities for the pioneering stacked memory design, focusing on charge storage devices and thin-film transistors.
Optimize process flows and develop creative solutions to meet meticulous product requirements.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including develop, probe, and yield improvement, to resolve performance issues.
Build and complete experiments in the R&D fab to evaluate operating and failure mechanisms.
Analyze inline and parametric data to optimize device performance and reliability.
Summarize complex technical problems and drive teams to implement necessary corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of relevant proven experience in semiconductor process integration.
Confirmed expertise in mainstream memory technologies (DRAM, NAND).
Strong functional knowledge of materials science and semiconductor device physics.
Experience in meticulous experiment design and statistical data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD in a related technical field.
Direct experience with advanced DRAM architecture or alternative memory technology challenges.
Demonstrated project management skills driving multi-functional technical teams.
