As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage billing and collections remotely.
Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for invoicing customers, processing payments, and tracking outstanding balances. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team from a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Record and process payments
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
