Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay: $60,000 - $78,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: An Accountant I is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all financial regulations, laws, and internal controls.

  • Data analysis: An Accountant I is responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Financial reporting: An Accountant I is responsible for preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Support: An Accountant I may be responsible for providing support to other members of the finance team, including preparing financial reports.

  • Bookkeeping: An Accountant I is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including account reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and other general ledger entries.

Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Accounting or Finance required
